Sunnyvale's kitchen guide calls for high-efficacy light fixtures and wall-mounted dimmer controls, and state energy code calls for a certified range hood that moves at least 100 CFM at no more than 3 sones. We plan those in from the start so the final inspection is not the first time anyone thinks about them.
